Booking Information / Terms of Service
A Deposit of 25% applied towards the total fee is required for all
hair services.
If cancelled with more than 7 days notice, a refund will be issued for
your deposit, minus a 10% card processing fee.
If cancelled within 3-6 days notice, a refund for 15% will be issued
for your deposit.
If cancelled within 72 hours, your deposit is non-refundable.
Availability is not guaranteed without an acceptance of the terms and
conditions and a deposit. There is a first come, first served booking
policy.
PAYMENT:
Cash
PayPal is accepted for deposit payment only. Balance payable by cash
in full on date of the appointment/event.
LIABILITY:
Client agrees to hold Summer Terry aka TopShelfDiva, GoDivaGlam and /or
her subcontractors or assigns harmless from all liability connected
with hairstyle services. Prices, services and dates posted are subject
to change without notice.
In the case that I am unable to perform the services on the day of,
or if cancelled for any reason within 30 days of the appointment/event, the client
may choose to request all deposits returned plus a $10
inconvenience fee (to be applied to another service).

Once confirmed, a consultation (if needed) will be booked followed
